Oedipus
I was looking through my university books , note books , reports, pictures....you know that kind of stuff ...I don't know shall I call it a dairy ?! it is up to you ....
Here is the thing ....well it is not a big deal *Gosh ,I'm a good painter ;) * Ok just kidding !! back to our subject I found this so-called portait in my litreture book in The Creek Threater: Sophecles in Context Chapter , I was trying to think the reason for painting this face ??!! I had a number of assumptions ( I painted this face on a small piece of paper during the lecture )!!! It could be the face of the lecturer he was so dark I mean dress himself black suits , he was mysterious , he was depressed , I think he was having an emoitional crisis ! Or may be that face is an imagination of Oedipus , Teireasias or even The priest !!! I don't know ....Gosh I really miss those university moments , liturature in particular I was living every single word , emotion , passion ....* I had a little crush on the odd lecturer :s* although he was shorty and skinny ... he is soo NOT me :P , but I like his poetic sense :P , and his typical british accent ...*correction: I'm more to American accent * ....oh thinking about it make me laugh .LO0o0L
Ok I think I talk enough about it , back to the main issue , I do recommend you to read Oedipus Rex ...

by the way what is Oedipus Rex?? is it a novel??
It is a play ...I had the story at litrature class , ok I think I have to add a link ...
A lot of things you'll learn from the story but the intersting thing is that Oedipus complex was known cuz of the story cuz Oedupis the king marries his mother without knowing that and he killed his father I think I'm not sure :/ ....hmm the events goes on :P ...
I know he is scary ... cuz at some point during the liturature classes I felt sorry , scared from the unpredictable future , fate ...you know !!
I'm ain't painter , I think my mood at that time made me able to do so :P ...

The reason for painting the face is that you were so bored in the class and time was so slow :P
I read the summary of the story when I was in school. In Arabic it is called "3oqdat Odeep".
I never read that story, but that face sure looks scary...

But I'm sure that I was trying to visualize Oedupis ot the priest !!! don't really remember :P
Yeah after reading the story I realized the connection you know that Oedupis is "Odeep " him self and the reason of calling it as a complex

and it is not always true but I think It is used as reference for the complex , that case mother-son love /daughter-father love must have a term so they called Oedipus Complex or Electra Complex

well My Dad use to speak German pretty well, bass I guess he forogot to since he didnt speak it for years, he still remembers some stuff,
and i remember
when i was a kid, i was hungry and waiting for mum to finish off food, and we were talking about how he should have not forgot his German
so I asked him how would you say am hurgry in German
so he laughed and told me :D
besides i Had Romanian freind who spoke german and is infact studying there right now

Intersting :) , I think if you improve your German by attending some classes , you'll be doing well cuz you are familiar with langauge ...you know ,it always starts with Food "essen" it is an easy method to learn a langauge :P, oh ...you should see how I germanize english words ;)...take the chance and learn some German ... it is really usefull to add some new words of new lanaguage to your mental lexicon :)

I'm glad that I had the chance to read this complex ... cuz I know my self I'm not into reading materials :P ...This one is worthy for sure
