YOGA
Today I attended my yoga class , I'm still a beginner but I can feel the progress . I'm more flexible now I feel better about me , I don't know I think I can feel its spiritual effect ( Don't worry I'm not Buddhist :P) I just feel content , thoughtful and more balanced . Anyway I was amazed by the flexibility of over weight people , I mean I never thought they could make it till the end of the class , but they did it . The funny part when it comes to do the Tree Pose (VRKSASANA) I keep laughing cuz I can not concentrate cuz some of the attenders lose their balance and when I start to laugh I lose my balnce too :p. And you may add the other poses which makes me feel like worshipping Buddha the multi handed person ^_*, I keep telling I'm doing this for the sake of my health not Buddha ...you know the rituals of yoga !

Do I have to be vegetarian to practice yoga?

LoooL ,, YoYo is great ! did you do the practice where you were told to imagine a tree and this tree is coming closer and closer ,, and then i fogot the rest ,, but it was just GREAT !!
Yes its great and you should always practice it ;)
So when will you be able to make things move by just concentrating on them? Or that is something else? :P

The college offers these classes for YOGA..
but I'm just..u know..too lazy and bz to go..
My sis though is very interested..she will start her first class this week...I will ask her about it..

LOOL... I wish if i could do that for real , I like everything that has to do Asian stuff I mean yoga , tai chi, karate, kungfu..etc I beleive ever person male or female should do one of these at least , or be fit enough :P. Yoga is something else it is kind of streching , stress releasing ... I'm not an expert :p

You should try it ... it is fun and it is a good start if you were lazy cuz you don't have to jump , carry heavy weights ... you know ! you can stick in to your place without moving back n forth ! it is just changing position

I think there is a misunderstanding ... Eva Has nothing to do with yoga she is the German teacher of German language at Kuwait Univesity .

I've been doing yoga for a year. I used to fall alot and in some poses I couldn't balance my body and shiver for some reason, but now, it became easier and I can do Yoga without my instructor :)

Hmm you have the right to have doubts ... I speak German, I had four levels of German language at Kuwait Uni and i passed with A , my parents speak German , I practice my German At work with a German native speaker and a Kuwaiti lady married to some german guy and another third person ... I must tell ya Hopless Poet a language needs to be practiced and my German sucks NOW not good anymore ...and for Purg's Dutch !!! i don't know he seems to be honest ... but you can check it out with a language expert :))

I can do both, depending on how my mind works. Speaking better than writing, understanding better than speaking, that is what you get with more or less practice as you noted before.
