Apfel Kuchen

Remind yourself of the lovely juicy flavor of apple and raisans. It started like this ...when the stresses of life to get to me (and my mom) . Mom and i find a session in the kitchen doing a bit of light cake making is the perfect answer :) ..... and Voi La

This is a typical German cake *not referring to German CHOCOLATE cake* Mom and I had the recipie from DR. OETKER - Backen Macht Freude book . The book is really good one and not like SOME knock-off arabic cook/bake books . If you are an apple cake lover you better try this one ... I'm talking here about HOMEMADE apple cake ...really yummy

Bon Appetit :P.....Danke :)

English : Apple cake , Book , Thank you
German: Apfel kuchen , Buch, Danke

No no no; kitchen is bad it has fire and knifes.

It looks yummy; I think I will buy the book and give it Mohammed (The cook) to do it; it would be safer.

Well ,I tend to bake more than cook ..but I'm sure i can do it ... you know I bake if i started to feel angry or bored ...and i have to smell or drink coffe while I bake ... I have my own rituals.

ookkaayy ! it's good to see apple cake lovers :p

Wondershoen ;)

q8ibloger:

Are you reffering to "Bitte Sehr" ?
It means very welcome ...
When someone says :

Danke(Thank you ), danke schoen(Thank you so much) or danke sehr( Thanks very much) or vice versa

To say welcome as reply for thank you in German it would be like :

Bitte , Bitte schoen or bitte sehr

I hope the explanaition is clear :p

Clouds:

Oh dear thank you so much ... 3alaich bel 3afya :)
