This is a parrot and you know he uses his cage just for bed time or to eat seeds or drink , he is not aggressive so he can walk freely in the house !
Technically he is not caged !

her affrican grey is not adorable he is eyanin and young .. i wish he gets to talk right sentences and stay healthy and be her prtner all the 70 coming years:) he found him self a good partner with no doubts :)
